Welcome to Frankie Ramen
Frankie Ramen is Charleston’s go-to spot for creative, chef-driven ramen bowls, blending authentic techniques with bold, unexpected flavors. Led by Chef Frankie T. Ferreira, who honed his craft through years of experimentation and culinary expertise, we're known for our unique takes on traditional ramen, such as the signature miso-infused bowls, tori paitan broth, and seasonal specialties. We deliver a noodle experience that leaves foodies craving more.
